Lucas Watson is the Chief Marketing Officer & General Manager of Cruise’s Ride-Hailing Business Unit. Previously, Lucas was the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of Intuit, Inc., where he enabled teams that launched new advertising campaigns for QuickBooks and Intuit. During his time at the company, he was part of the leadership team that doubled Intuit’s value.
Prior to Intuit, Lucas was the Vice President of Global Brand Solutions at Google, where he helped make YouTube a viable advertising platform for brand advertisers. Lucas was part of the leadership team that made YouTube the single largest media brand for TV and video advertising dollars in the world. Lucas spent the first 17 years of his career in a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles at Procter & Gamble.
Lucas lives in Menlo Park with his wife Suzanne, their four children, and their dog Rhodie.
