Let’s work together to stay safe and keep Cruise cars great for everyone.

• Read your notifications and follow all the directions provided by Cruise.

• Keep an eye out for traffic, bicycles, and pedestrians when you approach a Cruise car.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult to pick up items from a Cruise car.

• Track the status and pick up your order within the 4-minute window. If you miss the delivery, your purchase will be refunded.

• Our cars currently hold up to two customer orders at once. Only take items that are part of your order.

• Make sure to fully close the door once you’ve taken all of your items from the car.
